Brief Profile of Mr. Naresh Kumar

He is the Son of a farmer who was born and brought up in a small village of Rajasthan (Border of Haryana and Rajasthan). In his growing years, he eminently took part in farming as well. Qualified Bachelor of Arts in Year 2003. Enrolled in Master of Arts in Political Science, completed 1st year but on the day of final year exam in May 2005, he dropped from his MA and boarded the Train for Pondicherry. The New Chapter began in Pondicherry with learning French language, he completed his Diploma in French language with B2 Level (As per European Standards) in the year 2006. Then, he came back to Rajasthan on 12th October 2006 and started working as a tour Escort, Guide and interpreter of French Language.

This continued for 14 years and was one among the Best at what he was doing! but life had some other plans. In the Year 2019, he gathered some professionals and started a factory in Neemrana, Rajasthan to Modify Tempo Travellers.

The same year, 2019 was the Turning Point for Mr.Naresh as Synaty was born on Jan 31, 2019 (Incorporation of Synaty). On September 01, 2019, Mr.Naresh joined his business of Tempo Traveller Modification as he wanted to give the Best of the quality to his customers. However, professionals were not able to match the Benchmark which Mr.Naresh wanted to set. Till March 2020, 50 Tempo Travellers were modified and handed over to the Customers of Synaty.

And then a big turning point, COVID happened. For almost two years, the company’s operations were shut down but what remained in the core was Passion to Thrive. From April 01, 2022 onwards, Mr.Naresh along with his better half Mrs. Rita Kumari restarted Synaty’s operations. Mrs.Rita, a post Graduate in Master of Arts, B.Ed Qualified officially took the charge of Leader of Operations.

None of them had any Technical Education or Experience. Whereas, Mrs. Rita did not even have any prior work experience but the immense passion in their hearts, made the duo along with Synaty Team deliver 1600+ Tempo Travellers by March 31, 2025. In the Year 2022, Synaty got its Second Plant. By June 25, 2023 Plant III came into existence with the Diversified Business Idea to start Bus Body Building. It was November 2023 when Synaty delivered its First slot of Buses and powered by consistency, Synaty was able to Successfully deliver 300+ buses by March 2025. Related Diversification continued from starting Urbania Modification in year 2024 to entering new segment of building Sleeper Buses in January 2025. Till March 31, 2025, 25 Sleeper Busses were built and delivered.

The Future Ahead

Mr.Naresh has set the vision for his team to deliver 1000+ buses by achieving the target of 100+ Vehicles per month for year 2025-26.

Remember, this journey was not easy. Mr.Naresh went from village to village in search of Good Carpenters, craftsmen along with his corporate team. A nontechnical person built a team of Skilled and Semi-skilled workers, inspired them to innovate and create the epitome of excellence that we witness in Synaty’s Vehicles today.
